Quick recipe: Smoked salmon bagel.

  1. Rinse the herbs. Dry them. Using a pair of scissors, chop them very finely in a bowl. Add the cheese and mix well.
  2. Slice the bagel in half. Toast half in a toaster and spread with herb cheese. Place the salad leaves and salmon on top, pour a few drops of lemon juice over the salmon. Cover the sandwich with the other half of the bagel and press down a little. No need to add salt, the salmon and cheese are already salted.

Tip: you can replace the salmon with smoked trout.
